i went o fiverr.com to look for someone to help me build a web site and i found webdesigning009
they said they would charge $375 i paid thru paypal and they were supposed to take 5 days.
after 22 days i put in a dispute to paypal and then they told me to take off the dispute and they would
refund my money.
then they told me they would not provide me with services and would not refund my money
that was Nov, 2013
