Getparts.US American Kar LLC Getparts.us would not take NO for an answer when I tried to cancel my order over the phone so I immediately called my bank and asked them to cancel my card. Internet

They would email me to reassure me my order had been cancelled and would not be delivered and refund had been completed but part was delivered my mechanic did not know to refuse it because they told me it was being rerouted back to them. My mechanic stated the part was severely rusted and unusable. Now Getparts is not responding to my emails. 

 I ordered a auto part from Getparts.us. I had an uneasy feeling so I started a google search. I googled the phone number and there were complaints of harassing calls from that number. I had my son continue the search while I called to cancel my order. The man would not take no for an answer and would not cancel it. So I called my bank to file a complaint and to cancel my cc. My son was able to see that they were working out of a townhouse in Allentown PA and their website had multiple misspelled words and did not seem reputable. So I emailed to cancel my order. I received and email the first thing the next morning saying the part was ready to be shipped and asked me what I wanted to do. I replied in no uncertain terms to cancel my order, do not ship the part and do not charge my cc. They emailed back and told me my refund would be done on Monday and it would take 24-48 hours to show up on my account. Five days later I emailed stating I had not received my refund. They emailed back that the refund had been done the previous day. Later that day I received a call that that had shipped the part. They stated they tried to call me but it went to voicemail I immediately tried to call back several times and the call would be dropped every time I tried so I emailed them they emailed back stating the part was being rerouted back to them and would not be delivered. Four days later I emailed that the refund was still not showing up on my account. They emailed back telling me the refund was done and I should check with my bank. I did and still no refund. Two days after that I received a call from my mechanic saying he received the part and it was severely rusted and unusable. Now I am no getting any response from them.
