(GI) Game Insight The company reset my game along with others back to Level 1 San Francisco & Russia Internet

On or about February 19, 2016, (GI)-game insight reset my "Airport Free 2 fly" game on facebook from a level 60 to a level 1. Without any notice.

When I wrote  to inquire about why my account was reset to level 1, I was informed that I was cheating undue to unfair advantage.

When I wrote again informing GI that I had never cheated on my game, their response was that I had received gifts from individuals that had cheated, so I had unfair advantage.

I restarted a new airport the same day, managed to get it to Level 7, it was also reset to Level 1, their reply due to unfair advantage. When I requested that my airport be restored to Level 60 with all of the money I had invested over the years into the game, I was informed that my game would not be restored.

I asked for proof that I had cheated, they have refused, stating that they do not have to provide any proof. There are hundreds of game players that GI has reset their airport. We are all receiving the same generic replys.

When we have requested that our money be refunded that we invested into the game, we are told they will be happy to apply the money to a new game. Myself and many others had started a new airport only to have it reset once we reached Level 7. So what is the point if they apply the money we had spent previous, if they continue to reset our game.

As I have stated many others have been affected by having their game reset back to Level 1, we have started a discussion page on face-book to share our frustration.
