G.I. Tax - Glenn Sandler Plans to sell Veterans franchises yet another scam by Glenn Sandler CPA Melbourne Florida

this is totally untrue, i used to work for glenn for over 20 years. i can only assume who wrote this post and it is totally a case of sour grapes, i will get to him (them) later, first i will respond to this entirely not true statement. 

glenn is most possibly the most intelligent person i have ever met, he worked for a fmily owned car dealership in melbourne florida and was responsible for its unbelievable successes. then he was the dealer of palm bay chevrolet only for the first year it was open. Palm bay chevroley became one of the most succesful chevrolet dealerships in florida until the majority owner decided to buy out his ownership after the first year. palm bay chevrolet did not go out of business for years after glenn left. the successes of the dealerships in my opinion were the total result of how glenn ran them and the way he treated his employees,. i know my life was changed for the better after i started working with him, he made me realize things inside me i never knew i could do.

after the car dealerships i went to go work for him in his motorcycle store, house of power grew to one of the largest motorcycle dealerships in the country, it was so much fun, as a matter of fact there were articles written about us and dealers from all over the country came to visit us to see why we were so succesful. it was amazing h*e fast the dealership grew after purchasing it from the previous dealer. almost ten times his business in the first year. the only reason how this could happen is because of the direct influence glenn had on his emplyees and his customers. he changed so many lives for the better, you should just ask all of his forer employees.

that is why this report is such BS. '

unfortunately the economy turned for the worse and the motorcycle business basically stopped, but he tried with everything he could do to keep it going, trying to keep his employees employed as long as he could. the way he felt about his employees was possibly what was most important to him, always has been. he is the best businessman i have ever had the opportuinity to work with. 

i can only assume the person who wrote this report was the person who was going to a partner with him in the motorcycle store. his initials were MP and his wifes are LP previously LK. MP never became a part owner of the businessbecause he was caught stealing from the dealership and had to leave. he never became an owner. Glenn even helped him and his wife adopt thier children from russia because they could not afford to do it themselves. isnt it funny the only thing mentioned in this report is from 5 to 10 years ago. MP and LP were offered the opportunity of a lifetime and messed it up. 

if anyone wants to invest in glenn's new venture i can only say if you do, you will never have a smarter, more compassionate, caring, passionate and driven person in the world. his work ethic is better than anyone i have ever met and he will care about his franchisees as if they were his own, thats his personality. also, you can believe everything he says because his honesty is unmatched. 

i feel bad that people have to stoop so low to say such untrue statements and do not have the courgae to say who it is, i worked with glenn for so many years, this is the only people i can assume wrote this.

I know glenn sandler this is all not true. glenn sandler is one of the most honest and generous people i know. He was not the owner of palm bay chevrolet when it went bankrupt, he was gone from them for years before it went out of business. He did own a motorcycle dealer that went out of business but that was because of the economy in 2008-2010. he grew it from a small dealership from an previous owner who owned it for 29 years. the previous (horrible) dealer sold 300 bikes per year and had 10 emplyees of which 5 were his family, glenn increased sales to over 2100 bikes per year and emplyed over 70 people.

house of power was the largest volume motorcycle dealer east of the mississippi. unfortunately sales droppped by more than 75% during the economic meltdown. Glenn went bankrupt because he spent all of his money paying his employees till the bitter end and never missed one payroll. I even heard that glenn paid for his previous patner to adopt children in russia because his expartner could not afforf to pay for the adoption by himself. he never sold any bikes he did not own or have titles to, i know him he would never do that.

I can only hope that glenn's new business venture works out well, because looking at his company, it could only help the men and woman who have served our country and any opportunities we can offer them, the better off the country will be. If you look at the posting it only speaks from a one person viewpoint, probably someone who truly does not know the truth, and also a COWARD to not include their names. 

GI Tax has been in business for two years now and has a triple a rating with the better business bureau and i believe has now become one of the most prestigious tax preparation companies in florida and the country. the reason why the compnay was incorporated in wyoming is because wyoming is the now the preferred state to incorporate national and international corporations, it is an excellent business decsion to do so. GI Tax has donated great somes of money to military charities, local charities, and also supports the local school baord. Other tax preparation compnaies do not compare to the commitment that GI Tax has made to the heroes of the country and local communities. 

I am tired of cowardly misimformed poeple who post things on the internet who apparently do not have a clue as to what real truths are. there should be more people like glenn sandler, the world would be a better place.

The big question here is how can you claim to be trustworthy tax service company offering to sell Franchises to Unsuspecting and Unemployed Military Veterans when Glenn's last 2 companies he reports owning(on LinkedIn) both went Bankrupt which screwed countless people and business out of well over a million of dollars!

Glenn filed for bankruptcy on July 20, 2011 and had over 45 creditors(individuals and businesses) including his own brother(Scott Sandler) that he filed bankruptcy on with liabilities owed to creditors in excess of over $2 million dollars. The bankruptcy was discharged so one can only assume he never paid back a single one of these people and/or creditors.

You can visit the Brevard Clerk Of Court website(eFacts) and search the name: Glenn Sandler and you will find over 45 civil and criminal records for Glenn Sandler which range from speeding tickets, domestic violence, repeat domestic violence, civil lawsuits, judgements obtained against him, bankruptcy cases.

His latest company is G.I. Tax service where he seems to be preying on Military Veterans to open up Franchises and could result in more people getting scammed and even offering franchise financing to military veterans that want to open up a GI Tax franchise. His plans are to open 1,000 locations. Glenn is not a military veteran but it seems as though he realizes the best candidates to give him money to open up franchises are unemployed Military veterans and even states this on his website (www.gitax.com).

The Scary and Sneaky Part:

G.I. Tax based in Florida. It's 1st location was opened in Melbourne Florida and the owner, Glenn Sandler is a resident of Melbourne Florida.  G.I. Tax is wholly owned by it's parent company G.I. America, Inc.(Glenn Sandler) which is incorporated in Wyoming and it's principle office is located at:

Why would a Florida Resident opening a business in Melbourne Florida incorporate their business in Wyoming? Possibly to avoid lawsuits from scamming people out of more money?

The State of Wyoming has extremely strict laws to protect the business owner's assets in the event the company goes out of business. Also business do not have to report taxes in Wyoming to the IRS. This means if you buy a franchise from G.I. Tax and the company goes bankrupt you would have to sue his parent company

Glenn Sandler purchased Con's Cycle Center in Palm Bay Florida which was a family owned business that turned a profit every year it was in business until Glenn bought the business and renamed it to House of Power(There are currently 4 other Ripoff Reports on this site regarding ripoffs and fraud from House of Power(Glenn Sandler). Glenn was owner/operator and owner of 7 Motorcycle franchises in this dealership. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse more then likely because of Glenn's lavish lifestyle and living high on the hog according to his bankruptcy report in which he claimed he owned a Mercedes e550, Infinity G37, a 1969 Chevy Camaro(valued at over $69,000 all of which he claimed in the bankruptcy. 

His company went flat broke but before the House of Power closed he sold motorcycles and ATV's to consumers and gave them the titles to vehicles he did not own free and clear which is I believe is completely illegal! But somehow he managed to escape from going to jail! These consumers either lost their vehicles or had liens put on them by the cycle franchises even after they already paid for them. Glenns company the House of Power had 7 motorcycle dealer franchises stripped completely away from him after he defaulted on an untold amount of money to all of these companies.

Prior to owning House of Power, Glenn was also an owner/dealer principle of Palm Bay Chevrolet in Palm Bay, Florida which also went bankrupt and resulted in a complete shutdown of the dealership and every single vehicle on the lot was repossessed.
