In April of 2002 I signed up with Gibson Trust to get out of debt.I had problems with them and would call my 'caseworker' Jim Faust (1-800-700-6812 ext. 173 or 136), I would have to continue calling him for a few days before he would anwser my calls. He said he didn't recieve the messages I left on his voice mail. After I got his attention it would take two more days for a reply. What he was telling me and what my credit card companys were telling me were totally diffrent.
When I finally thought things were starting to seem funny to me. I asked him for the names and numbers of the creditors he talked to to get the story straighted out. He would not give them to me. Jims reasoning was they would only talk to CC people. I didn't press any further but I wasn't happy about it.
Now that I have ran across this web site is there anyone out there that has some names and numbers I can call. Lawyers and people high up in the Gibson Trust staff. I am now $620 more in debt because of this company. I want to take action on them and I'm willing to help anyone that has started a case.
