Gibson Trust outlandish rip-off Customer NON Service scam uses late fees missed payment lost deposits & bad credit reports Pompano Beach Florida

My husband and I have been using Gibson Trust since 1998. We have had to constantly call them to locate checks that they said that they sent to our creditors.

The creditors never recieved them and when asked to send the front and back of the cancelled checks, it has never been done. We asked them to discontinue our agreement because our credit is worst now with them than it was before we began to work with them.

There is a check in the amount of $1180.00 that they have of ours that is to be returned to us at the completion of the program which we can't get because they have closed their doors without telling us and have not paid any creditors for 3 months.

We have had to repay all of the past due amount that was suppose to already have been paid and the $3460.00 is missing. They do not answer the phones or follow up with creditors as promised. How can someone use your money that is to be going to your creditors and skip town.

It is not there money in the first place, so I want our money to be returned to us and all records of checks that they said was sent to be accounted for.
