Gibson Trust ripoff victimized many consumers Pampano Beach Florida

Since my last posting, we have been trying to catch up with all our creditors ourselves. We even had to surrender a life insurance policy to try to keep our heads above water.

This company has actually ruined our lives, my business has gone down hill because of credit issues and my husband can not be promoted in his career because of financial irresponsibility. At the time we consolidated our debts I was having a daycare constructed, since no payments were ever made to my creditors the construction has stopped leaving me with a building attached to my home uncompleted which is unexceptable for a home daycare and now I may even loose my license because of it. What a s****.> I have been contacted by another debt management company and they are stating that they have intercepted thousands of e-mails intended for gibson trust and they can help me out of debt, "first off, how does anyone intercept that many e-mails especially since I sent all my e-mail from my e-mail box to theirs and not by use of the web.

I have filled out all the paperwork for the AG of Florida and the Commissioner as well. I have sent gibson trust a certified letter and it came back REFUSED. I did let Ms. Sakoff of the AG know about the company that has been calling me and I gave here the name of that company and the person I talked to. Hopefully this will put them on track if infact Gibson Trust is now operating under an assumed name.
