first Of all, I want to say a heart felt thank you to Bob from Orlando for all the leg work and investiagting he is doing to help uncover these scam operations.
I say the word (these) because as we have all learned, The same top dogs keep trying to open up other web sites for debt consolidation, that all lead back to them.
They want to keep screwing us over and over again.

The sad thing is that our Government keeps allowing these people to remain on the streets to continue their theft of innocent desperate people.

It is not enough that they are being charged in a civil court for their crimes.

Where is the Federal Trade Commission?

The awful crimes they committ should be charged in a criminal court as well.

Anyway, The O'tooles and their clan keep getting to file as non profit organizations. They also seem to have no trouble being able to be on all these debt consolidation web sites.

They also get extensions from our government on filing their form 990.

I have found out that he is no longer the Attorney for Gibson Trust.

He would have beena jerk to talk to anyway. I have already spoken with him before he left Gibson Trust.


He wrote me a letter, and then when I called to question him about it. He didn't even remember what he wrote about.
He was pretty heartless on the phone, I felt.
But, what else could I expect? He worked for Gibson Trust.
