Giftblooms.com is a complete ripoff. Ordered flowers and balloons for my wife on sweetest day. Neither were shipped and no response was given to tell me why. Today is Tuesday, October 18th and nothing. The invoice is marked delivered, but no evidence is being shown as delivered. This company is a scam.
