Gift card purchased on December 16, 2016 from GIFTCARD ZEN, a subsidiary of RETAILMENOT. This gift card was for purchases at BATH AND BODY WORKS. The amount paid for the card was $102.82.

I attempted to use the card on March 25, 2017. Zero balance. I had JUST CHECKED the card on February 19 2017 and the balance was intact.

Mysteriously, it appears if you do not use the card within the "100 day guarantee" then the balances are grabbed by the person that sold the card, or by someone at GIFTCARD ZEN. I paid for this card with PAYPAL; I have iniated a claim, but no response yet from PAYPAL.

GIFTCARD ZEN refuses to honor a refund for it was beyond the 100 day guarantee.

GIFTCARD ZEN is now partnering with RAISE.

Buyer beware!
