I am writing this report as I sold $300 in gift cards to Giftcardrescue on March 14th, 2016 and have waited over 60 days to receive my funds. The first check was allegedly sent in April and I had to wait 21 days before they could send a new check (even though it was sent via USPS first class mail which takes 3-5 business days).
I am now unable to get ahold of the company and have 0 confidence that I will be receiving this money that is owed to me. I have since sold over $10,000 in gift cards to ABC gift cards and Saveya which have had extremely quick turn around and are just reliable. I am hoping to use giftcardrescue again in the future as their resale rates are exceptional. However, without receiving this money, it will be hard for me to ever come back.

I also mailed in 2 gift cards to GiftCardRescue, & had pretty much the same crappy experience & shady customer service!!! I mailed in my gift cards at the beginning of April, & as of today (June 3rd), I have received zilch in return. First, I was told the old stand-by "The check is in the mail", then I was given the classic runaround when trying to contact them by phone or via e-mail. Now when I try to call them at any of their 3 numbers (410-690-8357, 410-690-8358, & 1-877-800-4413), the lines place you on hold, then ring, ring, ring. If you send an e-mail to customer service, you get back a generic receipt, but no actual response. my next step is going to be to contact all of the sponsors they boast on their webpage (WSJ, Inc., Shark Tank, CBS, NPR, SmartMoney, NY Times) & let them all know how much of a rip-off this place is....
