I ordered my mom a $50.00 gift card from giftly.com. on August 8th this year. I paid extra $10.00 for 2-3 day fed ex. deliverey. My mom never got  the envelope, or gift card. today is august 24th. this is my first time using this company and I assure you it will be my last. I have no proof that the mail was delivered.

I wish to resolve this issue, but reading the reviews on this company, pretty poor. ty

Giftly A friend sent us a gift card from giftly not knowing how it worked. We took it to the restaurant thinking that it would have a barcode for the restaurant to scan. When we clicked on redeem we had to put in one of three options, our bank account number for it to be deposited into our bank account, A PayPal account, or a request for a card to be mailed to us. giftly OMNICARD i was sent a 10.00 gift card by someone who used giftedly for the purchase and after about 2 weeks the card had still not been received so I contacted them thinking it would be a simple matter to replace the card since I had all the required information
