giftsnideas.com US to India shoppers be VERY aware! Wilmington and Sunnyvale Delaware & CA

In late OCT 2013, I purchased several gifts for my Interntional clients in India. Not friends or family. Clients. The rural gifts eventually made it after prodding for non-delivery/replacement. However, the Delhi gifts had issues with regard to freshness and taste according to the receivers.

2 Assorted Gift Baskets @ $82.15 ea = $164.30

1 Chocolate Mud Cake @ $29.79

The rural gifts that had zero problems were accompained by delivery tickets. Every order that did NOT have a delivery confirmation had problems. For months I have been trying to resolve. Giftsnideas keeps sending me email after email that the items were ordered.

Receiept was not the issue...quality is the issue. Giftsn ideas claims me and my Clients are lying about product quality to obtain a refund. I say buyer be VERY aware! If you dispute quality, you get crappy customer service that will run you around and around between Stephen and Sara (ha ha ha US Names for non-US agents).

I spent US prices on crap merchandise but because it was delivered, Giftsnideas says I have no recourse. They will not refund or replace. The Valentines Day promo says "Happiness Assured". Liars. Only their happy bank accounts are assured.

Don't purchase ANYTHING from this company or you'll be sorry, your reputation with your clients could be damaged and your time will be wasted!
