This man is a scam on legs he comes and gives you bids completes 1/3 the work if any at all collects payment then NEVER FINISHES!!  I hired him to remove a tree and he said he was a roofer as well and could fix my roof that was in need of repair.  I agreed to price set for both 3600.00 well he came out cut 1/2 the tree down said that he had to come back to finish tree as it began to rain it was more than 1/2 down it was raining so i agreed  and he then told me he completed the roof so i paid him. 

First he NEVER came to finish tree but it really rained that week and i now began to have leaks in places I NEVER HAD LEAKS!!!!   All in areas he had "Torn off and replaced with new" I called many times he never answered my calls and never returned my calls.  ONLY after leaving a message threatening to call cops to report theft/scam did he return a call and show up he climbed on roof and told me it was the other side of my roof his job was good that was leaking!!! 

WOW I had called 2 other roofers and told them nothing just to see what they say and both told me i had leaks on THE SIDE HE REDID and told me who ever did my patch job did not seal or properly patch!! so GIL IS A LIAR as well.  After confronting him about the other roofers he said they were uneducated on roof repair he had been in the biz 30+ yrs and knows what he is talking about.

HA HA HA he then offered to fix the other half for 5000 more asked for a refund or to fix roof properly and to finish tree he never did either!! GIL BURNS IS A SMOOTH talker devils tongue do NOT LET HIM CON YOU he does not finish work or do work you pay for i have since filed with the BBB and filed charges against him!!! THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE IN JAIL!! he is a con man I am 76yrs old and was coned beware!!!!
