Ginger and Jeremy Denton moved to Albany NY from Arizona with a bad reputation of scammed people ( just google their name and their "camp" scams will show up).I had the opportunity to have Ginger and Jeremy in the same neighborhood as they moved into the brand new home at 53 Gipp Road to rent the house. From the first time I saw them move in I had my doubts as they came with many children and many animals that seemed to be out of control. Ginger Denton is known to continue her paralegal studies however she must be studying the negative side of the law and learning how to scam people and get away with it! During the summer the Dentons would start fires in the backyard thinking they were still in Arizona and I confronted the owner of 53 Gipp Road and the town about this issues. The owner very politely asked them not to turn any fires as this is New York State and was concerned as much as I about the fire expanding into other homes and burning the whole neighborhood down. The Denton's very rudely ignored the owners and towns request and continued with their Arizona lifestyles. A friend of mine also hired Jeremy Denton to do yard work for her and Jeremy Denton required that she paid him upfront for the yard work to be done. Unfortunately he took her money and never showed up the next day to do anything. My friend is taking the matter into court. To make matters worse the Dentons were falling behind on paying their rent as they tried to scam the owner of 53 Gipp road by saying that : the check is in the mail for the monthly rent. One month had past and they continued to manipulate the owner of 53 Gipp Road. The owner had to take them to court them from 53 Gipp Road and the judge honored the owner the right to have Ginger and Jeremy Denton evicted from the house IMMEDIATELY for not paying rent and breaching the contract for not maintaining the house like normal human beings. They were a harm to their own children and to the entire neighborhood. After living near them for 1 year and talking to my friend and the owner of 53 Gipp Road I learned that this couple should not get away with trying to make a free living in other peoples homes and taking money away from someone without doing the job that they were being paid to do and were contracted to do. I spoke to the owner of 53 Gipp Road and walked inside the house to see if they did any damages the owner has to pay a lot of money to put the house in the perfect place that he origionally had it which will cost a lot of money. The owner " feels bad for the other homeowner that is allowing the Dentons to rent their house. If it wasn't for real estate agent we would have never allowed them to rent our house." I want to save you all the time and money of taking Ginger and Jeremy Denton to court like these people did and save yourself's from the headache of having to deal with this corrupted scammers that try to make a living by ripping people off.
