FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2

I ordered 2 tapes on a special offer,And was told I could cancle at any time. When i recuved the tapes, I tried to call and cancle but it was a bogus number. Now i keep getting tapes and sending them back, but my card is being billed, with no credit

Stop the orders. ..just contact your credit card and dispute the charges

If you paid for these items with your credit card, then just contact your credit card and dispute the charges. There is typically one piece of paperwork that you need to fill out while they investigate it.

You could also mark the items as refused, thus they are shipped back (postage free for you).

You can notify the company via snail mail (return address on the package?) That you don't want any more items.

I have even gone so far as to simulate placing an additional order to get contact information on canceling the order(s).

Regardless what you do, you should definitely dispute ALL charges (accept perhaps the ORIGINAL ONE). Thus all interest on those charges are stopped, and the Credit Card company will do your leg work for you.
