FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2

My name is Anthony C. Sokoly. I ordered one of the videos by television. I did not receive the video for many weeks. I called the company and they told me to send back the videos, but that there was another video on the way.I believe once they have your credit card number they have you and the state of california district attorneys office should be made aware of this fraud that has been perpretrated on many victims.

Anyway I sent the videos back to the address and was never credited the money that was removed fraudulently from my account.I have to date been ripped off of exactly $64.85. This is an out-rage to thuink these people are allowed to operate legally, and that no action has been taken. thank you.
