FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2

I ordered one video from a TV ad and found them to be sending me one every month and charging my credit card. I could not get this stopped by calling as I could never reach a live person and was always put on hold. I ws never told this was a club and that I had subscribed to receiving one every month ad infinitum.

Finally, reached a person after many months and received credit for 3 videos, minus shipping and handling, of course. They would not do any more as they said the return time had expired.

Told me that this is posted in their TV ad. But how can you read the fine print that quickly as it flashes across a TV screen. There was nothing enclosed in the videos spelling out the terms.

Looking for help in recouping my loses from the remaining videos sitting on my shelf.
