Giuffre Internet Special price is not what you get.You must take the dealer financing and then there are hidden fees PPD,PDI,BANK FEES, low jack fees. These are all hidden fees.

You cannot buy their used vehicles for cash said Mr Falah."The dealer would make no money"

Vehicle advertrised for $17,995 on the internet. When you agree to take the dealer financing the price now becomes $30,805.52 of which $5,000 deposit was taken from my credit card and the amount financed was $25,805.52.

Included is the service warranty of $1,500 which they insist you must have for your "own" protection.

This is a ficticious warranty that they sell through First Extended Services Corp. The phone number of the company is 1-800-527-3426.

There personnel is very slik expecially mr.Darryl who portrays himself as "MR HONEST"

This dealer ripped me off of more than $ 5,000. and had no mercy.

SOMEONE HAS TO STOP THIS DEALER AND HIS ATTORNEY WHO IS VERY GOOD AT WRITING LETTERS ON GIUFFRE'S BEHALF

Illegal advertising does not equate ripoff

AUTHOR: James MK - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 19, 2012

Advertising a price but refusing to sell at said price for cash payment is obviously false advertisement because it's impossible to obtain the car for the stated amount. Moreover, an "official"  brand-name dealership would never get away with this. But I agree with the poster above, the OP having agreed to the terms of the financing contract, he was not ripped off.

How Did This Happen?

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

You said the dealer ripped you off for more than $5000, right?  I presume this was for all these fees etc.  Were they listed on the contract?  Did you even READ the contract BEFORE you signed it?  The bogus, add-on, phoney fee con-game is a mainstay of the Sleazy American Car Business.  However, to simply sign a contract without reading it FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION and then discovering the phoney fees AFTER you signed it WITHOUT READING IT and then blaming the dealer is ridiculous!  Of course all dealers should use honesty and integrity in their business practices!  However, the Sleazy American Car Business is what it is.  The SMART CONSUMER protects themselves during the transaction!

Signing any contract WITHOUT READING IT, is just as STUPID as buying any used car, sight unseen on the internet!

No, I don't work for them!
