He never responded. We finally turned the check over to the District Attorney. then 4 months later we get notice that he filed Bankruptcy. Be sure to check out this guy and the name Samuel Lester. He has a track record based on facts that have been found on internet. Home owners, employees, contractors, ect. Do your homework and don't get burned by this man. He changes names and addresses frequently. Be careful when dealing with him. He comes across as very caring and understanding. When you do the work for him, he put his employees in front of him so he can hide.
