I purchased a new prelite artificial tree that was supoosed to be a full easy put together tree. when I received the tree and put it together there were huge holes all throughout the tree and the pole in the middle was very visible. called the company told them of the defect sent them photos, they called back with a very rude attitude stating I had nothing to be upset that the huge holes were not a defect. I was thenbtold again in a very rude manor that they were not going to do anything about the tree. they were not willing to replace the tree, offer any type of resolution and again I had nothing to be upset about the tree and how they are handling the issue. BUYER BEWARE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND HAVE A VERY ARROGANT ATTITUDE THAT THEY ARE BETTER THEN YOU AND EXTREMELY RUDE. DO KOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS.
