I'm not sending the report i'm just telling you guys as a warning. Do not shop at http://www.glamshoponline.com this lady who behind online. Not only she's a copy catter, she's also a crook. She trying to compete with other Boutique Stores. She sells fake jewelry.
If you think you getting a quality you not. A month ago, i brought myself a pair of earrings that cost me $5.00 to me it's worth .25 cents. It was gold but it changed colors overnight. It look like it got really rusty. The thread of the earrings looks like it's fallen apart.
I order Oval Thread Earrings. $4.99 Gold. The gold painting of the earrings came off. I didn't say anything, because it's not a big deal. It just $5.00 plus it was FREE SHIPPING of which i can really understand now... Them pair of earrings i brought really worth .25.
This morning. I decided to placed another order, another pair of earrings similar to what i have but this time i decided to order the colorful ones. I placed the order come to find out, her website got messed up. I gave them my CC info to place the order and then i got this error message saying my info got Declined because i didn't put my billing address, are you serious???? i did put the right address. I tried it again. Holy Below, As i was calling my CC company it was billed 3 times.
I call her store, no answer, so the only i have to contact her is through twitter. I told her what happen, i told her her website is messed up and plus it took the transactions on my CC. She was like i put the wrong address and i didn't see the transaction but it did came through on my CC but no order. She was all like it's not my fault in a vulgar way.
I send her a email trying to communicate with her. She was like i don't appreciate for you coming at me. But it was charged to my account 3 times (thank god it's still pending) but still. After the final email, not only she stopped talking to me, she blocked me from twitter.
All i can say ladies becareful. You can go to any Boutique Store who knows what they doing and whose been there for a while. Stay away from GlamShopOnline or you will get Rip Off.....

In response to the Glam Shop Online complaint I would like to reassure you and other potential customers that Glam Shop Online is not a scam or in the business of taking advantage of customers. All products listed on our site are legitimate products sourced from many trusted manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors or retailers.
Regarding this order, this was the second order from this young lady. She was very pleased with
her first order and even wrote a great blog about the item that has since been removed. She attempted to make a second purchase but had credit card issues making that purchase. She emailed and called us and was contacted back immediately via email regarding her purchase. I explained to her that due to her attempting to make the purchase several times with the incorrect information that transaction was in a pending state and would automatically be refunded back to her. She became irate because we were unable to reverse the pending transaction. I repeatedly explained to her that she would see the pending charge removed within 2 business days and she then began to slander our companys name on social networks. We once again emailed her stating that we apologize for the inconvenience but it was out of our hands until the merchant processed the pending transaction. She was later credited those funds back and have since continued to slander our name.
We have no other negative reviews of our company. We strive to offer a winning experience to
all of our customers. We have very low return rates (less than 2%) and very high repeat customer purchase rates. We stand by our items and want our customers to have a winning experience every time. Her complaint is baseless and false.
