If you are looking to have your concrete around your pool done stay far away from Glamour Pool and Spa in Lisbon on Route 196 Lisbon/Lewiston line.
We used them last year to do the concrete stamping/texturing/coloring. Come March of this year when the snow melted we noticed that it had chipped everywhere around the pool. We called Jayson Thibault, VP and he stated he would stand behind his work. 5 months later, 3 scheduled visits later, the work is still not done, its getting worse and its being tracked into my hardwood floors and making a mess. Not only did they miss 3 schedule visits they didn't call or show. No explanation!!!
My feelings with this company.... once they have your money you are no longer a priority! Think long and hard about using this company.

This issue has been completely taken care of. We here at Glamour Pools would like to apologize for any inconvienence this has caused our customer. Jayson Thibault is a very busy man and does stand behind his work, unfortunatly he was unable to take care of this matter, in a timely manner, due to weather, and various other obligations. We here at Glamour Pools have been in business for over 46 years, and continue on a daily basis to strive for excellence and customer satisfaction.
