Glamour Shots Charged $165 for pictures, they told me I couldn't have any pictures Madison Wisconsin

I had been to Glamour Shots in Milwaukee when I was 18 and had a good experience (although pricey). I was 25 and wanted to get pictures taken again, so I called the Madison location and made an appointment.

The day before the appointment, the photographer called and said that it would really help her out if I could reschedule for another day. In exchange she would give me a proof sheet (valued at $100) for free. I agreed.

The day of, I showed up and had my hair and makeup done. It was closer to the end of the day but everything seemed good. Afterwards, the photographer showed me the pictures on-screen and really seemed to want me to pick which ones I wanted right then. She had other people waiting and she was the only one there. I felt kind of rushed so I asked if I could decide another day since I would have the proof sheet. She said sure, I could buy 5 sheets at a special price of $165 (normally $39.95 per sheet she said) then take up to two years to fulfill them. I thought that was a good idea so she rang me up. (Plus the sitting fee which I already knew about.)

Anyway, I took the proofs and thought about it and decided that I would take two sheets now as wallets. I called and she said that I couldn't do that. I told her that she said I could and she denied ever saying that; that if I wanted pictures I had to take all 5 sheets at once. I wanted a refund or store credit but she refused that too.

I reported her to Better Business Bureau but she lied to them too. I got so frustrated I gave up on them and wound up basically giving her $165 for nothing in return.
