Glamour Shots rip-off! They lied! They denied quotes that were given to us. Tempe Arizona

My son had gone in for his business pictures 1 week before. When I called the man told us it was $40.00 per sitting. It was $169.00 per disc per picture. After we had all the pictures done and we went to settle up the charge was over $900.

I said we only ordered two pictures and one sitting. Why the expense. They said we misunderstood what we were told. I called and I wrote everything down because it was for our business. They said it was $29.95 per person per sitting. It was $40.00 for the sitting. Then he said It was $169.00 per disc per picture plus $65.00 per person per disc per picture.

Dennis, the manager accused us of lying and trying to take advantage of Glamour Shots stating that every charge was told to us. If this were true we would have gone to a perfessional Photograph studio and have perfessionals handle it. In fact it would have been alot closer to us also. We tried to talk to them but they made it perfectly clear they were not responsible for anything because the paper we signed before the pictures clears them of every problem. Not only will we never use them again.

THEY ARE A RIPOFF AND A DANGEROUS ONE AT THAT. PROTECT YOURSELF. They are not reasonable or kind and they don't care about the consumer at all. They will tell you that right to your face they don't care about what is right or wrong because they are always right if you sign their papers.
