I placed an order with Glass Decor and more back on May 9th 2010, items were shipped out on May 12th. I returned the merchandise June 1st via UPS including all paper work in package. Tracking number confirms merchandise was returned and received June 4th and signed for by Graham. After the requested 2 week grace period for refunds I never received a refund. I emailed them 3 times all emails have gone unanswered. I also tried to call the phone number listed for them and all I get is a recording. I paid for the merchandise through pay pal with pay pal credit and debt card, so a dispute through credit card is out of question. Glass Decor and More ripped me off for $107.14 with no way to contact these people. Don't do business with these people they are a bunch of thieves.
