glass masters waited over 4 hrs. for 1 and half hr. job, screwed up windshield install(3 tries) cut up dash was rude. birmingham Alabama

 I arrived at Glass Masters at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave until after noon even though I mas told the job would take 1 and 1 half hour. I watched people come and go as I sat and sat. When I questioned why it was taking so long I as given a reason that did not make sense and the receptionist was rude.The next day I noticed cuts on my dash on the driver side close to the bottom of the glass. Fast foward to August 12th, I had noticed a few daysearlier themoldingat top of the glass was coming off. I toke it in the shop and was made to wait almost 2hrs. and the car was still sitting outside. this time the receptionist was rude and the manager too . I was told the moldindg was bad and they had several complaints about it. I was shocked 2 days later when I noticed that it was still not properly installed and it not only reinstalled the same kind of molding but the same piece. they sent the same person who screwed up the first time to try to reinstall the same piece of molding the third time. He left black tar like glue on my hood and left the molding loose that flapped in th wind whenI later drove the car. I had to apply tape myself.
