This is a total "rip off"...I was defaulted from a credit couseling site to this place.....that was in Feb. they have been taking almost  30.00 out of my personal checking acct. since.

I called today and was told I could only receive 3 months' refund.

I requested all the refund as I never used the site and had no idea it was a scam. They stated I'd have to speak with a mnger Monday from 9-5 as he was not authorized to give more than 3 months!!!!

In fact I stated I was a federal employee....he still said he could only do 3 months' refund and also stated that I am not the only person this has happened to that they get MANY CALLERS!!!!

This place will get into you pocket book....be careful!

Sounds like you did everything except for calling GLD. As you said, you have their number 855-331-9531.

I got charged by them and called them and I got a refund right away.

The banks don't care about you. Like you said, they just charged you a fee, which is no help.

You have the number 855-331-9531 so get a refund and stop the charges before it happens again.
