First off I received a message from my bank saying they made a transaction to my account without my permission.i contacted my bank in they assured me it's was this company who took money. I would like to file this complaint because I need my money in it wasn't authorized.i did not give permission.And last but not least I was completely unaware of their action.. But most importantly I don't even know who these people are and how they got my information.please refund my money as I am a victim to this.

That is their "higher-up" number and no one will bug you about asking for a refund. I read about it here o Rip Off Report. So call 855-421-9615 and get that refund, it is your money.
