The Glenbrook Hyundai sales team let me know that they needed my car keys for an appraisal on my current vehicle. I didn’t see any concern at that time so I let them hold on to my keys, temporarily of course.
The salesmen knew that I couldn't just get up and leave so they had all of the other salesmen come up to where I was sitting and they rushed me. Two of the salesmen asked me repeatedly to purchase their vehicle and I let them know that I wasn’t interested. The other salesmen left but two remained. The two remaining salesmen continued to ask me to purchase their vehicle and I continued to let them know that I wasn’t interested. One of the two salesmen started to speak with incredible speed then he left the area. The remaining salesmen lost his temper and said to me "I PAID THE CAR OFF! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE!" and continued to shout at me numerous times! I should have called the police but I was too upset and annoyed, I couldn’t think straight after being intimidated by the salesmen. I caved in due to the high pressure that I had received by the salesmen. I unintentionally accepted the deal because the harassment was just too much to bear. The salesmen were laughing and cheering and having such a wonderful time at my expense.

Are YOU just NOT strong willed enough to just walk out?? All YOU had to do is demand your keys back and if they chose to NOT comply with YOUR request, then YOU CALL THE COPS!!! So instead of being an adult YOU CHOSE to shift the blame onto THEM for YOUR CHOICE IN PURCHASES!!!Firstly, no one in thier right mind is going to ALLOW someone else to WILLINGLY abuse them. Im betting YOU did NOT have ANY of what YOU described ACTUALLY happen to you and are using the FLIMSY excuse in order to justify playing the victim. I mean what EXACTLY were you expecting OUT OF SALESMEN???!? Its THIER JOB!!!Secondly, YOU ARE AN ADULT!!!! YOU have to live with the choices YOU have made!! YOU signed paperwork WITHOUT READING AND FULLY UNDERSTANDING what you were signing. NOW that the other shoe has dropped on YOU from the choice YOU MADE, YOU go and try and blame THEM for what YOU DID!!!Lastly, where in your post do you show ANY wrongdoing on THIER PART?? No evidence of wrongdoing makes YOUR post DEFAMATION!!! Meaning that the dealership would be well within thier right to sue YOU for what YOU have willingly done. PROVE they did something wrong THEN make a post. Show evidence of wrongdoing and NOT what YOU ASSUME is the issue so YOU can avoid being sued!! Defamation suits start at the $25k mark. So it behooves YOU to ensure that YOU dont face litigation.
