Glenn Shugart - Do you know him - Please Report him!!
As of October 2005 he is living with his brother in Havelock NC. He moves back and forth from NC to Elmira NY. He currently owes approximately $5,000 in back child support as it continues to accrue every month because he refuses to pay. He is working under the table doing construction work so they cannot attach his wages. He does not have a valid drivers license but that does not stop him from driving. He has a car but has it registered in his sisters name. How convenient!! I struggle to make ends meet while he has the time of his life. He has a cell phone but of course it is prepaid!

UPDATE - DEADBEAT FATHER IS NOW BACK IN ELMIRA, NY LIVING WITH HIS MOTHER, BROTHER AND SISTER. THEY ALL HIDE HIM AND LIE FOR HIM SO CSE CAN NOT FIND HIM. SO MUCH FOR FAMILY RIGHT???!!!!! IF SOMEONE CAN DO THIS TO AN INNOCENT CHILD (THEIR FAMILY) THEY ARE WORTHLESS TOO!!!
