Global Assistance Program Told me that I had a Government Grant that they would disperse after I paid for an Information Packet. I paid them $12.95 and for that I received a small booklet covering "how to file for a Government Grant". Then they planned to charge me $89.95 for this booklet. This is definitely a SCAM. I received a green card in the mail that claimed the company "Global Assistance Program" was trying to reach me in order to dispense Government Funding in the amount of $20,978.  I was to tell them what I would use the funds for.

  I am an 80 yrs old female, living on a very small social security income and do not plan to start up a business nor continue any education. They were not honest by claiming that they had funds to dispense, when they actually "Did Not".

 I was dupped into paying them $12.95 for the paperwork for this fictitious transaction.  What I actually received was a pamphlet labeled "Unlocking the Secrets to Successful Grants". You were instructed to start an application for a Government Grant, giving you tips as to how to do this. But, it also admitted that the process could be compicated and take a long time. 

 They give you 15 days to do this by the internet and then they plan to charge me an additional $89.95.  What that amount is for, is a puzzle to me.  I was scammed by this company and I will expct them to refund any and all money they have taken from me.
