I am a licensed Tech. I had a fuel pump go on my car. A new one form my supplier is $190 + tax I found one on ebay for $34 + shipping of $30 so I ordered it and I installed it. The pump runs but is defective only pumping half volume/pressure. I have gone back and forth with them through email. they just keep asking me to remove the pump and test it with a battery. I have told them three times that the pump does run but its defective not producing enough pressure.
I asked for a refund and they said they would only do a warranty claim. But then make it impossible to do!! they want me to pay shipping for both ways it cost more then the pump did in the first place!! Please do your home work when buying something that sounds to good to be true because these people just keep selling the garbage that people send back over and over ect.....

Anyone can say they don't work for a company I'm sure you didn't buy a fuel pump! The Negative feed back alone on ebay should have done it for me but I have bought enough stuff on there I decided to try just research the company first that's all I'm saying!

Global Not a ripoff

I have order many parts from Global and not have had a defect. When I buy I realize there may be a defective product and that is why I am very aware of shipping costs coming and going. Therefore when I purchase I make sure to buy with a reasonable cost in mind realizing that I may have to pay double freight again for a defective product. Most sellers require buyer to pay freight both ways and therfore you have not been ripped off. It is just good business sense. And no I do not work for Global but am a satisfied customer of the company.
