CLAIMS: EXAMPLE OF ONE OF MANY FRAUDS


PRACTICED BY GLOBAL AUTOMOTIVE MIAMI
Global Automotive Miami sells auto parts via listings on E bay.  Global Automotive Miami automobile parts listed on E bay are advertised as new with warranty. The auto parts sold by Global Automotive Miami may be counterfeit or manufacture rejects. Not all auto parts, world wide, have marked identifications; manufactures number and/or the country where part is made, on the parts casting. For example; an auto part advertised as ignition control module D1922A is an ignition control module manufactured by AC Delco. All automobile parts manufactures have their own part numbers and bar code that identifies one part and no manufacture duplicates another manufacture's bar code or part number. When a part does not have identification on the parts casing, the only assurance of the parts identification is on the box the part comes in. Some parts sold by Global Automotive Miami are not shipped to consumer in a manufactures box. Example; Global Automotive Miami advertises ignition control module D1922A. The part will not be in an AC Delco box when received by consumer. It is not stand practice for a part to be removed from its box and/or manufactures label not attached to part before supplier sells the part to consumer. A part not in manufactures box or manufactures bar code and/or part number attached to the part allows for concern that the part is a counterfeit or manufactures reject. An original equipment automotive part, the part that was on vehicle when the vehicle was new, has a normal life of years. Some of Global Automotive Miami replacement parts are defective when received by the consumer or have a short life of weeks or months before the part becomes defective. Major automobile parts manufactures have quality control procedures assuring the part meets specification before being shipped to an automobile parts dealer. Major automobile parts manufactures welcome comments on a defective part to keep abreast in improving production procedures. Global Automotive Miamis behavior becomes hostile toward a customer that returns a part for warranty replacement. Global Automotive Miamis policy on taking care of defective parts returned for warranty replacement may lead a person to believe the part as being a counterfeit or manufactures reject and not as Global Automotive Miami E bay listing indicates. A number of nice people with good intentions that purchase automotive parts from Global Automotive Miami complain that the word Warranty in Global Automotive Miamis E bay listings is not an honorable Warranty. Comments from people that have issues with Global Automotive Miami Warranty procedures and part failures may be viewed on the internet by typing in search box; Global Automotive Miami Rip-Off and/or Global Automotive Miami Scams and/or Global Automotive Warranty. Global Automotive Miami's Warranty rules seem to vary and where these unknown variances are meet by the consumer, Global Automotive Miami will claim the part returned for Warranty was tested by them and found functional. Global Automotive Miami will not furnish a written signed statement of the parts condition. All correspondence is via email. When a Warranty claim part is returned to customer from Global Automotive Miami after their test, the costumer finds the part still does not work. A vigilant person may determine Global Automotive Miami has a mental issue with being forthright. Reports by persons that claim Global Automotive Miami have not returned their part that they sent to Global Automotive Miami for Warranty may exist due to Global Automotive Miamis inability to communicate properly. Global Automotive Miami will email a customer stating their intent and proceed in a different direction without notifying the customer. Many honorable red blooded United States of America citizens enjoy working on there own as well as their friends automobile and most of these American mechanics know more about automobiles than Henry Ford ever dreamed. Global Automotive Miamis inability to be straight forward in advertising and not being fair with a Warranty procedure is not being American. Citizens that purchased defective automobile parts and/or automobile parts that become defective in unreasonable time, have no recourse in being compensated for their loss from Global Automotive Miamis unauthentic warranty acceptance. The time consumed for one person to take legal action would cost more than the amount of recovery. Without review of Global Automotive Miami's records and contacting customers, the amount due to the defrauded consumers could be estimated in the millions of dollars. American citizens acknowledge corrupt business practices in foreign countries, Global Automotive Miami is in the United States of America where citizens are more comfortable with quality business practices.





My limited experience in auto mechanics began with my first vehicle that I owned, operated and maintained, a 1924 Model T Ford with full options; electric starter, generator and battery. The time gasoline was 16 cents a gallon. Have owned, operated and maintained several vehicles since and never knew an auto parts supplier as disrespectful to customers as Global Automotive Miami. The path practiced by Global Automotive Miami augments substandard American business practices. American mechanics depend and expect quality automobile parts where parts are advertised as major brand parts. An automobile part listed as O.E.M. (original equipment manufacture) replacement should be a high quality part. Purchasing a part known by the supplier to be defective and/or non reliable, torments the mechanic because the work to repair a failure must be repeated and he may be without transportation for the time a working part is received and installed. To learn that the defective parts warranty will not be honored as advertise is added anguish. There are many wondrous feelings in God Bless America. Pray for the unconscionable with his joy in gimmicks to deceive and his use of language without meaning that he may escape the darkness from below and become a trustworthy individual and rejoice in God Bless America.
