Global Automotive will not honor warranty (and sells junk) via ebay Miami Florida

My own fault for buying on ebay for low price.  I needed a new fuel pump for 20 or 30k miles.  Figured the cheap one on Ebay with LIFETIME WARRANTY would at least do the trick.  Their feedback was 98% simply because the volume they do, plus most parts last beyond the window of ebay protection/ feedback ability. 
Long story short, the fuel pump stranded me in 4000 miles and what a misery for saving some money!  GLOBAL AUTOMOTIVE will not do anything nor even return emails (and I have maintianed courtesy throughout). 
Just want to file this report to close the story and forewarn everyone else.

PS - I used PayPal but since my account had a balance there was no credit card involved and no ultimate protection.  I had always trusted "Ebay money back guarantee" and PayPal to protect me.  DON'T!!  Ebay/PayPal do nothing beyond 30 days and in effect perpetuate this type of bad seller on their site.
