Global Autos Cash Car Rental They charged me $320.00 for the car rental. They didn't inform me that they would shut the car off until I paid them. Then when I told them I wanted to cancel, they charged me a $120.00 cancelation fee. Las Vegas Nevada

 I went in this auto place with a friend to rent a car to go out of town to pick my son up. I told them we were going to Reno, Nevada then they told me what they were charging me for.. Miles, tax, etc.. They said they only had one car available and it was a convertible. They printed up the papers and then told us to go check the car out. I said it was fine then the whole total came out to be $320.00 all together. I gave him the money and my friend signed the papers. We didn't have the keys yet and as we were walking out, they told us not to go out of town because they will shut the car off. We said okay well were really going to Fresno, California. They wanted to charge me $321.00 more for that. I said no. He said I don't want you to take the car, get stuck in the middle of the desert and start crying because you're stuck. They failed to tell us that the car was on empty, had mechanical issues, AND no good milage until after I heard another person talking about it. So I decided to cancel. I asked for my money back and they said I had to pay $120.00 . I told them no, they said "either you pay the additional $321.00 or you pay the $120.00 for the cancelation fee. Need I remind you they had my money the whole time and when I said no, they only gave me back $200 from the $320 I had already given them and they said they're keeping the $120.00 for my cancelation fee..
