Use of GCA ATMS in all Casinos can lead to your financial destruction. GCA will not only charge the fees stated by law on the machine, but will slip in duplicate charges, charge multiple times for one transaction, even charge when the machine claims "your transaction has been cancelled and you will not be charged." The casinos are aware and Seminole Hollywood HardRock Casino dropped their check cashing services with GCA, but due to the fact that GCA has every casino in the country for the ATMS they could not drop that service. My banks fraud department laughed and said "Oh we have heard of them." This is happening all over and we the people allow them to continue? The Federal Government allows them to continue? What the heck is wrong with this picture???? Not only are they taking that money think of your loses due to the inability to properly know what is in your account.

FYI - Sunday night I was at the Hard Rock again and I heard this guy yelling at the top of his lungs at an attendent. I listened as he was complaining about the ATM machine stealing his money. I walked over and started to talk to him and his buddy...I asked him did the machine not dispense money and told you that his transaction was canncelled and he would not be charged. He looked at me like I was a mind reading soothsayer. He then responded with "He checked his account on his cell phone and he was immediately charged." The attendant walked away and he I hope will have better luck with his bank. As mine has told me there is nothing they can do. So with that I also say shame on BrightStar Credit Union & Visa for being co-conspirators.
