Global Claims Inc - Jack Thomson Sent me a check for $4965.00 to cover non-Canadian Residental Tax claiming I won 250,000.00 and found out it was a rip off. Hope they get caught and locked up for a long time. Seattle Washington

I want these guys found and locked up. I feel I need to be compensated for my time and emotional distress they have caused me. They send a check for $4965.00 to cover Non-Canadian Taxes and they claim I won $250,000.00 and use major retailers name in letter to make it legit and it is all a scam.
Steven Clark was to be my claim agent at 778-861-3007 and my tax agent was Mark Ponce 1261 Taylor Drive Ottawa, Canada.
The check sent was from Safeco Insurance Companies, Home office - Safeco Plaza, Seattle, Washington 98185 Safeco Lloyds Insurance Company Home office 1600 N Collins Boulevard, Richardson, TX 75080, contacted the bank and they told me the check fraud.
In the letter it showed a pic of Jack Thomson - Senior Financial Executive 778-881-0246.
Please help with the situation.
