We were in conversations with Zak Motala in early January, 2008. These conversations led to us having an interest in becoming the first dealer in the United States for the GlobalOne Countertop System. Through extensive conversations and email exchanges our interest led to a 12 hour drive on a snowy January day from Indianapolis, Indiana to Toronto, Canada. While in Toronto we met Zak and the Canadian distributor, Phil Hounsome, for the first time. We spent an entire day with them discussing our business philosophies and strategies. We have forty years of self employed entrepreneurial business success in the United States. During our stay in Toronto we observed close up and in person the application process of the countertop system from start to finish. We were extremely impressed not only with the product but also with the refinement of the technique to apply it.

Prior to traveling to Toronto we had done significant diligence on countertop resurfacing products available everywhere. Our original intention was to become the first dealer in the United States for this outstanding product. The outcome of the day spent in Toronto was significantly different than we anticipated. The time we spent with Zak and Phil convinced us that they were men of high integrity and moral character, without question. At the end of that day we acquired the exclusive rights to market and distribute the GlobalOne Countertop System throughout the United States. Over the last eight months we have had considerable experience in applying the product, through our dealers, in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. In each and every case without exception the product has been applied in accordance with the advertised and proper technique and has been accepted as an outstanding product with a beautiful appearance and high quality durability by each and every customer. Currently the product has been installed in numerous homes, schools and businesses. In addition both Zak and Phil have lived up to all of our expectations as honorable business owners. They have been outstanding mentors and available for support and answers constantly. Unfortunately this report dated April 7th tends to surface from time to time.
