Global-escapes Won't answer email and has blocked access to site Internet
We have had the account with global-escapes for over 7 years. We have used it succesfully in the past, however, just this past week we have been locked out of our account and they are not responding to the email to resolve the issue. There is no longer a contact number to reach someone so we are at the mercy of them responding to the request for assistance through their online contact form.
My daughter booked a trip for this coming Sept through the site and we need to print off all the informatmion for the airline tickets and hotel confirmation. She spent a lot of money on this trip and if they don't respond we have no way to access this information.
This is terrible service.
