Global Financial ripped off and scammed the business that doesnt give a dam Florida Nationwide

Global Financial called me and told me that I would be able to get a credit card from them with a limit of 2,500. They told me that I would just have to pay a one time fee of 221.98 instead of anual fee's. They told me that it would arrive in the mail in two weeks. So I waited and never got that credit card.

So I decided to call the customer service number which was 1-866-411-4466. To my surprise that number was disconnected and now there in no way for me to get my money back. My bank won't do anything because I authorized the transaction. If anyone knows anything that can help me get my money back let me know thanks.
