Global Home Solutions Jeff Workman and Stan Crist Took the money and Failed to deliver on construction of a new shed , catch basin and drain pipe to alleviate standing water nova Ohio

Our complaint is with Jeff Workman and his company Global Home Solutions. They did work for us in June and July that is not finished.The shower head needs to be replaced and a light fixture trim ring installed. He was supposed to begin work on a catch basin and drain pipe through our property and a neighbors to alleviate water issues. He was also supposed to tear down a shed,for us, and replace it with a larger one.

This was supposed to begin the first week of August. By mid August we contacted Mr. Workman and he said there was a tragic death in his family. He would begin work the by mid September. On September 15 he said he needed some more time to finish and would start soon.

On 9/20 Workman said Stan Crist,his cement man and excavator, would beginthe following week.

After several texts and calls going unanswered he finally texted,on 10/4,saying he hadn't received any calls or texts.

On Monday 10/10/16 he returned a text saying he was sorry and everything was ready to go and would start on Monday 10/17/16. On that monday Stan Crist called to say he couldn't secure an excavator. He would be here Tues. 10/18/16.On Tues 10/18/16.he texted saying they broke down enroute and would call when he had info
