I’m writing this complaint to advise you to never advertise on Boarding passes provided by Ink Global.

In April, Ink Global contacted me by phone, selling me this great opportunity to advertise on Easyjets Boarding passes. It would be a great way to get the tourist to know our company. we would have a great discount, paying only 2000£ ( saying normally it would cost 9000€ ) to advertise on Easyjets boarding passes with the destination and nationality I wanted. “ You know how easyjet works, now its a price, next week its na other”, I made my choice and payed Ink Global, with as target people coming from the UK to Portugal.

Traffic has been continuously increasing on our site, as well as sales, but not from the UK.

All the purchases made by tourists from the UK, where asked where they found SeaBookings, and the answer was very clear, they all did found us by google, and did not see any advertisement of our company on their boarding passes.

They did not even see SeaBookings on the boarding passes, as we asked. In fact, none of the clients from the UK saw our company on their boarding passes during the month of May.

Since the beginning of the campaign , April 30th, there has been no change in the number of visitors coming from the UK.  We know that the large majority of these travelers do want to experience any kind of the services we provide, such that an increase in the traffic on our site was expected (not necessarily sales).

We are a young company and this was our major investment so far. Results: ZERO. We do not believe this is in any way credible. The few incomplete stats they have sent us do not guarantee the campaign was in fact visible on 20K boarding passes as agreed.

In order to be able to believe this actually happened, we needed further evidence. Wich Ink Global refused to give. We asked for flight numbers or a small contact list of who had seen the advertisement on the boarding tickets. , or any evidence that the campaign would actually been active.

But Ink Global continues telling me, that the campaign has been active and that they do not provide any more evidence.
We had no Refund & no proper evidence.

Well people, this is why I’m sharing this article, do never invest in such an advertisement, because even if the campaign was active, you will have enagement rates of  0%, better invest your money in other advertisements. I do not believe the campaign has ever been active, so be aware and do not do business with this company.
