Fernando Rodriguez is a ripoff. I paid him in advanced for a job that he never completed. Then he change the terms we had agreed on. On top of this when I claimed my evidence he didn't provide it to me and didn't reimburse me my money. I have tried to contact him and he will not answer the phone. Do not hire him, can't be trusted.
