My order was placed November 13, 2005. I ordered one item for a total cost of $43.90. Since placing the order I have reported the loss three times on the company's website. I have also called the customer service telephone number only to receive a recording and leave my call-back number. Finally, I have sent an e-mail to the company reporting my loss.
None of my attempts to contact this company have been acknowledged in any way.
Derek, if you are reading this I am willing to give your company another chance. If my product is received promptly I may be willing to place more orders in the future.

Problem Resolved - Product Received

My order was shipped January 23, 2006, the day after I filed my rip-off report. It was received with no problems on the afternoon of January 25. A FedEx tracking number was also sent to my e-mail address.
I would like to thank Global Life Enhancements for quickly resolving my problem, and I will consider ordering from them again.
