My husband and myself ordered products from www.smokeshop.com and all over the site it says that it takes 2-5 business days to receive the order and it says how potent their products are and all that good stuff.
Well we got our order almost 2 weeks later, the products are NOTHING like what we saw on the site, they DO NOT WORK and the products even came under a different name.
So if it doesn't look like what I bought, isn't called the same as what I bought and the name on the package is a different company than who I bought from, obviously this is NOT what I ordered.
They have false statements on their website regarding their products and they haven't contacted me back. I plan on going to the better business bureau regarding the issue and I suggest that NOBODY...unless you want to be ripped off, orders from that company.
