In my last post I mentioned that Scott Hedger will be in court on the 29th. The correct date is 9/26/2013 8:30am Courtroom E. Sorry for any confusion. I'm sure some of you would like to have a word with him in person, and it's pretty much a guarantee that's where he will be. This is going to be reported to 8 on your side, so any other disgruntled people should call 8 on your side also to add their story to the investigation.

Today several employees from his Palm Harbor based Global Marketing Resources, LLC were fired for no reason and received no pay for at least the past month. I personally know 2 of these people and wanted to voice my thoughts and anger toward this peice of dirt Scott D. Hedger (he happens to have a court date at Pinellas County Court House 9/29/2013 8:30am in COURTROOM E for Wreckless Driving and Property Damage / Injury) and any of his associates including this Coleen Falkowski who claims that she has a restraining order againt him for ten years now, but I see on the Pinellas Count Clerk of Court public records page that they own a home together as of last year at 494 North Orange Ave. Palm Harbor Florida 727-771-2851 (Phone number belongs to another woman, "Erica Aa" according to www.411.com.) I have researced this dirt bag and he is a career criminal with a drug habit (Coleen has a habit of her own also). I looked up the company that he claims to own on www.sunbiz.org and the Title Manager of the LLC is not even him. Most of the information on Sunbiz is bogus and appers to also be sheltered under another company. You can reference all of my claims at www.sunbiz.org as well as the Pinellas County Clerk of Court online public records. There is one court case (out of the many just in this county) that included a court fee for teen court, hmmmm. I have tried looking him up as a sexual offender/prredator, but could find nothing on him regarding that. According to the other post related to this dirt bag, he also has criminal records all over Florida and the US.  I worked for this company and thought it was a good place AT FIRST. I was one of the few females working here. My first day of training anthony and scott starting hitting on me, not blatantly at first. They separated me from the other trainees and put me with the ''big'' deal makers in a seperate room which should've been a red flag right away. I didn't do so well but anthony told me he thought I had what it takes to move up in the company in a perverted tone. One day I couldn't get any deals and felt bad so I went to leave but the managers stopped me, and said I could talk to scott in his office. I had a bad feeling about it but I went in anyways..Scott closed the door behind me and I knew from there it was going to get weird. Scott went on about how he was ''self-made'' and really going places. Then he said there was ''other things'' I could do for the company to ''move up''. I asked him if he was implying sleeping with him. He laughed and said it could mean whatever I wanted it to mean. What a pig. Basically saying if I slept with him I could be guaranteed a permanent spot at his company. I chose to finish the week and went back on the phone hoping to get all my hours. I stopped showing up until my scheduled payday, but guess what they didn't even have a check there for me, and to top it off scott commented on how nice my outfit and hair looked. I'm never going back to get my check..that creepy man scares me he's clearly a pig that will try to sleep with any girl he thinks is hot

I have evidence of published defamation, aka libel now. Especially since you have no evidence of harrassment, criminal record, or drug use. This proves negligence. All I need. You better get your act together and learn how to treat people, especially when making untrue negligent defamatory statements. brb printing screen

 you "worked" there since day one, yet you know how many hours i have? something tells me youre actually scott. i complained about the coffee club cus you charged me for it, and said i was in it, then admitted i wasnt.

 i have no criminal record unlike scott who has raps sheets that are long in both rhode island and florida, for writing bad checks, cocaine, abuse, and fraud. Like i said no criminal record. If u can find a mugshot of me post it. go ahead.

as for the "sexual harassment" haha nice try... i never even talked to anyone when i worked there, and i def dont like dudes and i had to take time off for a family emergency like i said...

 I've only been to one other call center before yours... so nice try there..  and even they could give me a real check and paystub unlike that handwritten bullish u gave me.

I work for GMR Global Marketing resources and have since day one! Guess what ? My pay check has always been correct. Guess what? I do not have a drug problem as you do! Guess what There is always coffee when I want it. Nicodemo Guess what? GMR and the investors are actually tired of loser bottom of the barrel scumbags like you looking for problem instaed of opportunity. Nicodemo. I know you very well you have been to every call center in pinellas county... Why is this? Answer you suck. You dont write deals you talk a huge came and back up nothing. Furthermore, you start a job and then take time off? one week into the job? You worked less than 32 hours. and wrote less than 10 deals on a dual fuel campaign. the real issue is your in the wrong industry junkie. Go back to banging your veins in the bathrooms at AGR or SEC or whatever call center you might be at today. Nicodemo get the right clothes to adhere to the dresscode that GMR had. You cant wear the same raggedy green sneakers and green shorts every day and expect to be taken seriously. Here is our suggestion for you.

1) Quit Drugs

2) Eat food  Your ribs are showing only Erica can get away with that!

3) Wash your clothes

4) Brush your teeth

5) Thought you werent on coffee club? Why complain about something your not apart of

6) look in the mirror  your where you are because of you. Well your parents suck too.

7) If you know what it takes to run a successful business in a recession pick your nuts up and try it.

8) Dont lie on your application about your criminal record

9) 2 complaints of sexual harrassment with 2 different guys in the office / leave the older boys alone!

 This man is an evil person. I was a good person, got him deals, and had to go away for some time.

When i came back to get my last check I was lied to about the payroll.

I had to appear in person several times to demand the payment I was entitled to. When i appeared they did not even have a check for me although they had paid other employees who started at the same time as me. What this means is they were not intending to pay me at all. They gave me a handwritten check, no paystub, and shorted my hours. They lied when they told me they pay for training. Also they took money off my check for their "coffee club" which I did not join, as they appeared not to have coffee 50% of the time they were promising it. To top it all off when I messaged scott letting him know im taking him to the labor board for paying less than minimum wage, he called me a "deuch" and said he stopped my check. I got paid 220 gross for "32" hours of work, which doesn't add up.. good thing i already cashed it. Scott you are trash and will never run a successful business without it being shut down or audited a thousand times. Not all the people who worked for you are stupid. Im calling the labor board and dept of agriculture about this man and his illegitimate business practices.

lying on applications about obtaining telemarketing licenses when knowing they had serious felonies that prevented them from getting that license, making it illegal to be a phone rep ( funny tho, 3 out of the 6 people who got final denial for their licenses are working at southeast energy consultants....whom should get a call from the D.O.A early next week about this)

Having a job in this ecoomy is a privledge. If you decided to smoke and drink your rent away and then cry to me about not having money, i will listen to you cry but don't expect an extra dime.  The economy is the way it is because of people like this, who have lengthly criminal records and can't get better jobs. Good luck getting a REAL job , Shane Morgan, when your employer finds out you spent 8 years in Prison for beating your child, and D.U.I, violation of a Felony Injuntion. I am so sorry you are the breadwinner of your household and your criminal record ranges from beating your pregnany girlfriend to check fraud and your wife can't work bc she's a regoistered sex offender and can't be around children or young adults.
