Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We hired Global Media Marketing aka One Direct Response in good faith to print and mail out 10,000 flyers to generate new business. We paid them $3,900.00 to do the work in January 2011. It's now 4 months later, and to this day they have not sent out a single flyer.
We have asked for a refund, all they do now is ignore our phone calls and hide behind small print contract loop holes. Stay away from Global Media Marketing, all they are is a group of scam artists.

This report is not true, I did business with all three brothers Ali, Eddie and Jeff, all three brothers scam Marketing companies. Eddie owner of BMS Law (google them) does not have attorney and collect up front fees, I mailed his direct mail and he cancelled his charges with AMEX saying he lost his card. I mailed for the brother Jeff Homesavers of America, all his mail was placed on Track my mail, has access to Track my mail. Track my mail shows the mail drops and pieces scanned at Post office. He is upset, I made decision not to do business with him. Operates without attorney, collects up front fees for Loan Modifications and wants to pull credit data for consumers who are behind on their mortgage which I refuse to do.
I have all proof and can provide proof to anyone that asks

Sorry you had a bad experience with them, but we used them about 6 months ago and everything went smoothly.

BMS Law ordered a direct mail marketing campaign which resulted in results over 300 calls and closed deals according to staff. After receiving calls, Eddie decided to stop the credit card charges and try to get free leads. I should have investigated the company first. If you type BMS law on Ripp off report you should get all the answers. This person claims to run a law firm with no lawyers but to take homeowners money day after day. I warn all direct mail and advertising agencies to stay clear of Eddie Khatib and BMS law.
