We’ve made an application at the end of August 2016 for a skilled based visa 189 recommended by Nazma Begum after reviewing our qualifications and cv it was recommended to proceed with the application with my wife’s experience as we initially requested a 457 Visa.  We’ve received the skilled based assessment from AIM stating that my wife does not have sufficient direct reports as required for the applied visa after Nazma reviewed all the documents and said all requirements are met. 

Nazma also reiterated should the application not proceed our fees will be refunded.  After receiving the AIM report she is not taking any of our calls and not responding to email.  I’ve also requested to speak to her line manager but received no call back. This have been on going since 5th February where nobody responds to emails or return phone calls regarding refund.  It's clear they are scamming a lot a people out of money once they're fees are paid up there is no response.
