Global Moving Group, Global is not scrupulous Brooklyn New York

We were quoted an amount for moving, and were subcontracted out to a "Sean" (real name Jacob). He asked to change our moving date to accomodate another moving party that would share the truck. We agreed, but to our disadvantage.
Sean and his crew were supposed to arrive in the morning betwee 7-10:00 am. He did not arrive until 11:40 am. He brought two 24 ft. trucks just in case all of our items did not fit. They did not finish loading until 6:00 pm. He could not fit all of our inventoried listed items on the truck and offered to send them later at extra charges.
We rented 4 wardrobe boxes at $12.00 each, and they wrapped a t.v. stand, a few of my pots for plants, and wrapped the bed in plastic that was supposed to have been included in the original charge. Sean quoted an extra $569.00 for bubble wrap, tape, and 3 boxes!! Plus we didn't even have all of our items to fit on the truck-they are still at the original residence in the shed.

We were guaranteed our items would not exceed the 7000 lb. weight limit, yet "somehow" we were 280 lbs overweight that cost an additional $140.00

Our items were not released until these additional expenses were paid in "Cash".
The movers then left to find another "helper" (illegal alien they picked up at a dollar store).
After calling Global to complain about our move, KEN RICHARDSON, told us he was sorry and he could not help us. He told us he would call us after speaking with his manager Ben Shapiro, but never once called us back after we called almost every day for two weeks. Ken then hung up on us when we asked why he would not help us.
